Over Night French Toast

So I'm obsessed with Pinterest and I found some over night french toast casserole's but I didn't have all of the ingredients needed so I improvised and it was so good. Even my Pickiest eater went back for 3rds this morning. This is how I did it.

Butter the bottom of a 9x12 dish, 1st layer of cinnamon raisin bread. Mix 6 eggs, 2C milk, 2T vanilla, a good sprinkle of ground cloves, and a good sprinkle of cinnamon (i'm pretty heavy handed and didn't measure) pour half over the fist layer, make the second layer and add the rest of the wet mixture. Make sure that all the bread is sopping up the mixture. Cover and put in the fridge. The next morning heat your oven to 350* take it out of fridge and on the counter while ovens warming and then pop it in and bake for 40 min. If it's starting to get too brown you can cover it lightly with foil at the end. I didn't need to. We put butter and syrup on it but the boy's like theirs plain.
Enjoy!

Reindeer Cookies

This was another project that my boy's and I did during christmas break. These cookies are so cute and super easy to make. I have a very easy Butter Cookie recipe that I use. Roll out dough cut with Bell cookie cutters turn upside down put pretzels for antlers and use mini M&M's for the eye's and nose and bake. Easy peasy...and super cute!

New obsession...Pinterest!

I have a new obsession...Pinterest (I know just what I need another one) seriously if you want to get that crafty mojo flowing go there. So I've decided that I'm going to recreate some of the pin's I've collected. And it started with Christmas dinner.

This is a cinnamon roll pie crust...that I filled with caramel apple pie filling and topped with a brown sugar, cinnamon crumble. I ate it for breakfast the day after christmas lol. Kyle my craft-kick (sidekick for crafyness)helped me make the pie crust. So it wasn't quite as amazing looking as it could have been, but to me it was better because my guy and I did it.
